Group Pickup (INTERCOM 66G)

Use this feature to answer any outside, intercom, or transferred call ringing at an extension in a Pickup Group (where G is a Pickup Group number from 1–4). When a call rings at an extension that is in a Pickup Group, you can answer the call at any extension without knowing which extension or line is ringing and without being in the same Pickup Group. The system can have up to four Pickup Groups.
